2. Lease contract (housing contract)

6. Certificate of qualification (degree certificate, degree certificate, certificate, etc.)

7. Application for consolidation (Attachment 34, 'Permission to Change Status of Residence' check)

* Documents issued abroad must be accompanied by a Korean or English translation, and consular notarization or confirmation of apostille must be submitted for major core documents.

- Preparation documents for company -

1. Original or copy of employment contract 

2. Employment recommendation/reason for invitation (employment utilization plan)

3. Business license

4. Proof of payment details for last year/year and certificate of VAT payment details

5. Certificate of full payment of national taxes, certificate of full payment of local taxes

6. Employment insurance eligibility history statement (all employees, documents that can check the average monthly remuneration)

7. Business plan (for identifying business types and business conditions and identifying the work of foreign employees)

8. List of four major insurance subscribers (documents to confirm whether employees subscribe to four major insurance policies)

9. Form 34 of the integrated application form (check the attached file) - Check the 'permission to change the status of residence' in the item.

Application progress

1. Preparation and preparation of required company documents
