[Requirements for issuance]
* A person who has a bachelor's degree or higher (a domestic professional degree) and meets any of the following requirements:
- A person who holds or is applying for patent, utility model, or design rights among intellectual property rights in Korea
-OECD Intellectual Property Holders
- A person who is participating in the OASIS curriculum jointly designated by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups or has completed part or all of the curriculum within the last three years.
※ K-Startup Grand Challenge participants are not subject to visa issuance.

- Technology Start-up Plan
- Certificate of fact of application, such as patent certificate, utility model registration certificate, copy of design registration certificate, or patent (for whom applicable)
- Certificate of completion of the curriculum of the comprehensive support system for entrepreneurship immigration or confirmation of participation in education (for whom applicable)
-Public documents confirming the possession of intellectual property rights in OECD countries (for whom applicable)
- Proof of stay expenses (Study visa can be applicable in certain case)
Change to D-10-2 from previous visa
[Conditions to change]
- A person who holds or is applying for a patent right/practical model right/design right in Korea
- Those who have completed one or more courses in the OASIS (Comprehensive Support System for Entrepreneurship Immigration) or those who have completed the course (excluding those who have completed the course for three years)
- A person who is a participant in the K-Startup Grand Challenge supervised by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and has been recommended by the Chairperson of the Information and Communication Industry Committee to change his/her status of residence.
- Overseas (OECD) intellectual property holders
[Required documents]
※ A person who applies for a change of qualification after three years have elapsed from the date of completion of OASIS training.

- Certificate of completion of the curriculum of the comprehensive support system for entrepreneurship immigration or confirmation of participation in education (Applicable person)

- A letter of recommendation for permission to change the status of residence stating the confirmation of participation in the K-Startup Grand Challenge issued by the Information and Communication Industry Promotion Agency (Applicable person)
- Proof of stay expenses (Study visa can be applicable in certain case)
Extension of D-10-2 visa
[Required documents]
- Common documents such as applications
- Technology start-up activity plan (including details of activities over the past 6 months and future plans)
- Proof of stay expenses (Application Mutatis Mutandis) (However, participants in the K-Startup Grand Challenge are exempted)

[Staying period]
The upper limit of the period of stay shall be up to two years, and the upper limit of the period of stay shall be differentiated according to the applicant's expertise, etc.
