Illegal residents who are/will be fully

vaccinated in Korea by 31 December 2021

can enjoy fine exemption and

a suspension of entry restrictions

if they voluntarily leave Korea.

-Exception applies to offenders of criminal law and Covid restrictions.-

※ The rest of voluntary departures should be applied in accordance

with the rule corresponding to Preliminary Declaration of Voluntary Departure.

This scheme will be temporarily effective from

12 October 2021 until the date of further notice.
