Chapter 1 General rules
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this agreement is to stipulate basic terms and conditions regarding the use conditions and procedures of the Internet service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) provided by Job Bridge (hereinafter referred to as “Site”).
 
Article 2 (Effectiveness and changes of the rules)
① This policy will take effect by notifying customers using the service screen and other methods.
② The site can change the contents of this agreement, and the changed regulations will become effective when they are publicly notified or notified in the same manner as in section 1.
 
Article 3 (Definition of terms)
The terms used in this convention are defined as follows:
 
① Member: Refers to an individual or group that has signed a service usage contract with the site or given a user ID.
② Applicant: Refers to an individual or group applying for membership registration.
③ ID (ID): A combination of letters and numbers that the member decides and approves for membership identification and service use.
④ Password: A combination of letters and numbers determined by the member to confirm that the member matches the user name (ID) given to the member and to protect the secret of the member.
⑤ Cancellation: Refers to the cancellation of the service usage contract by the site or member.
 
Chapter 2 Service Usage Agreement
Article 4 (Establishment of Use Contract)
① If you press the consent button under the terms of use, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms of use.
② The usage contract is established when the site accepts the usage application after agreeing to the usage agreement of the service applicant.
 
Article 5 (Application)
① In order for the applicant to use this service, the required user information will be recorded and submitted from the site application form.
② All user information entered in the application form is considered to be actual data. Users who do not enter their real name or actual information are not legally protected and are subject to service restrictions.
 
Article 6 (Acceptance of use application)
① The site will accept the application for service use with the exception of cases 2 and 3 to the applicant.
② If the following conditions apply, the site can withhold consent until the reason for restricting consent to the application is resolved.
 
가.When there is not enough spare for service-related equipment.
나.If there is a technical problem.
다.If other sites are deemed necessary.
③ The site can refuse to accept if the applicant falls under the following:
가.When applying using a person from another individual(site).
나.When applying with false user information.
다. When applying for the purpose of obstructing social well-being or public order and morals.
라.When other sites do not meet the application requirements.
 
Article 7 (Change of user information)
If the member information described at the time of application for use is changed, the member shall correct it online, and the member is responsible for all problems arising from the change.
 
Chapter 3 Contracting Party Obligations
Article 8 (Obligations of the Site)
① The site provides members with various services.
가.Send newsletters about new services and domain information.
나.Automatic entry of personal information when registering additional domains.
다.Various additional services for domain registration and management.
② The site cannot leak, disclose or distribute the personal information of the member acquired in connection with the provision of the service to others without the member's consent, and it cannot be used for commercial purposes other than the service related business. However, there is an exception if it falls under section 1 of the following items.
가.When there is a request from a national institution due to the provisions of laws such as the Telecommunications Basic Act.
나.When there is a purpose of investigating crimes or when requested by the Information and Communication Ethics Committee.
다. When there is a request according to the procedure stipulated by other related laws and regulations.
③Sites are always obligated to provide stable service as defined in these terms and conditions.
Article 9 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)
① JobBridge (hereinafter referred to as JobBridge), an online recruiting site that mediates members' employment and talent recruitment activities, collects personal information to provide services suitable for effective employment support, talent recruitment, and career development, and uses the collected information as follows. All information provided by the user will not be used for any purpose other than necessary for the following purposes, and prior consent will be sought if the purpose of use changes. In addition, if a member uploads personal information on the site that the company does not require, the company will not use the information, and there is no management responsibility for it.
② The following information can be automatically generated and collected in the process of using the service or processing the business.
- IP Address, cookie, date and time of visit, service usage record, bad usage record, advertisement identifier (ADID, IDFA, IDFV), device information (OS version, model name, UUID)


Article 10 (Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party)
① In principle, the company provides users' personal information to the outside with the prior consent of the users. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
가. Where there is a request from an investigative agency or supervisory authority in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed in laws and regulations for the purpose of investigation or investigation
나. Where consent cannot be obtained despite the fact that it is necessary for the urgent benefit of life, body, or property of the user or a third party
다. In accordance with Article 17 (4) of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 14-2 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, it is related to the scope of the purpose of collecting and using personal information (refer to Dongbyeon needle 1.), where the member can sufficiently predict the provision of third party, the provision of third party does not infringe on the member's interests, and the technical safety is sufficiently secured when providing third party (accessing resume service)
② In principle, the company uses or provides personal information to a third party within the scope notified in "Article 9. Collection and Use of Personal Information", and does not use or provide it to a third party beyond the scope. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
가. When users agree to disclose or provide to a third party in advance
나. Where there is a request from an investigative agency or supervisory authority in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed in laws and regulations for the purpose of investigation or investigation
③ If it is necessary to provide personal information to a third party, personal information may be provided to a third party through legal procedures, such as obtaining the user's consent. The company may provide personal information as follows through legal procedures, such as obtaining the user's consent, if necessary for the users' transaction performance.

④ Users may not consent to the provision of personal information to a third party or withdraw their consent to the provision of personal information at any time. Even if you refuse to consent, you can use the membership registration service, but the use/provide of related services based on the provision of third parties may be restricted. Other changes in the provision of personal information to a third party will be notified and notified separately.

Article 11 (Period of retention and use of personal information)
①The site will retain and use the user's personal information only during the period of service from the date of membership registration. In the case of requesting membership withdrawal or withdrawing consent to the collection and use of personal information, if the purpose of collection and use is achieved or the period of use is over, the personal information will be destroyed without delay.
However, in each of the following cases, preserve for a specified reason and period.

가. If it is necessary to preserve it in accordance with the provisions of related laws such as the Commercial Act, the transaction details and minimum basic information shall be retained during the preservation period prescribed by the laws and regulations.
In this case, the company will use the information it keeps for its purposes only.
나. Records on illegal use, etc. shall be kept for 5 years according to the company's internal policy.
다. For the purpose of utilizing communication fact confirmation data, the records of sending text messages (SMS/MMS/Notification Talk, etc.) are kept for one year.
라. If the holding period is notified in advance and the holding period has not elapsed, and if consent is obtained individually, it shall be held for an agreed period.
마. In the case of ID, it is permanently held for the purpose of confirming duplicate registration.

Article 12 (Members' obligations)
①Members should not perform the following actions when using the service.
가.Unauthorized use of other member's ID.
나.Duplicating information obtained through the service for purposes other than the use of the member without prior consent of the site, or using it for publishing and broadcasting, etc., or providing it to others.
다.Acts that infringe other rights such as the copyright of the site and the copyright of others.
라.Disseminating information, text, graphics, etc. of content that violates public order and public order and morals to others.
마.Acts that are objectively judged to lead to crime.
바.Acts that violate other related laws and regulations.
②Members must abide by the relevant laws and regulations, the matters stipulated in this agreement, service usage guidance and precautions.
③Members must publish the content-specific site in the service notice or comply with the usage restrictions separately announced.
 
Chapter 4 Service Provision and Use
Article 13 (Member's Duty to Manage Member ID and Password)
 
① All management of user name (ID) and password is the responsibility of the member. Insufficient management of the username (ID) and password given to the member, the member is entirely responsible for all the consequences resulting from unauthorized use.
② If your ID is used illegally or for other security violations, members must notify the site of the fact.
 
Article 14 (Restriction and suspension of services)
① If the site has exhibitions, events, natural disasters, or similar national emergencies, or is likely to occur, other irresistible forces such as a telecommunications service will be suspended by the telecommunications business law If there is a reason, you can limit or stop all or part of the service.
② When the site restricts or stops the use of the service in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1, the site will notify the member of the reason and the restriction period without delay.
 
Chapter 5 Changes to contracts and cancellations
Article 15 (Change of information)
If a member wants to change customer information such as address and password, it can be changed using the member information change service on the homepage.
 
Article 16 (Cancellation of contract items)
The member can cancel the service use contract, and in the case of termination, the member must apply for cancellation of the site directly through the service or by telephone or online. The site will restrict the member's use of the service from the date that the cancellation application is received. If a member falls under any of the following items 1 and intends to cancel the usage contract, the site must notify the customer to that effect 7 days before the cancellation and give an opportunity to explain it.
① When the customer of use violates the use restriction provisions, or the restriction reason has not been resolved within the use restriction period.
② When the Information and Communication Ethics Committee requests cancellation of use.
③ If the user does not respond to an opinion statement without justifiable reason.
④ If you apply in the name of another person or conclude a usage contract with false description of the contents of the application form or attachment of false documents.
The site can restrict registration for a period that is separately defined for users who are canceled under the above rules.
 
Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages

Article 17 (Disclaimer)
① The site is exempted from liability for any damages caused by the member's failure to obtain the expected benefits from service provision or the selection or use of service releases.
② The site will be exempted from liability in the event of a service failure due to a member's cause or a third party intention, or damage to the member's data.
③ Sites are exempted from liability for the contents of materials posted or transmitted by members.
④ In the case of a domain with trademark rights, the responsibility of damages and compensation that may arise from this, is the party of the purchased member, and the site is not responsible for this.
 
Article 18 (Court of Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute between the site and a member related to the service, the court having jurisdiction over the head office location of the site, which will be the jurisdiction court.
 
This agreement will take effect on April 09, 2025
