Hello, I just got accepted at a start-up company and they sent me a file with “사원인사카드“ in it. I searched on naver then found “인사기록카드” but thats all I can found. I don’t understand what that’s mean. Can someone explain it to me?

My first day of work is in Monday next week and I hope I can understand it before my first day
